Work Shift:1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
Summary: Position will be responsible for processing transactions such as vendor invoices, inventory transactions, and other data entry items related to a live production business. Also responsible for filing and maintaining documents per policies. One must be able to spot errors, learn from mistakes, and correct work in a timely basis. Person is also responsible for ensuring given workload is prioritized and planned appropriately.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3 plus years of accounting or office experience
Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and understanding of information systems is preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate with all levels of Team Members and external organization members
Special Skills: Good organizational skills interpersonal skills and good problem-solving skills; must work well in a team environment. This is an entry level position that is paid hourly. This position does not offer reimbursement for interview expenses and/or relocation assistance. Priority consideration will be provided to area applicants that reside within a 50 mile radius of the posted location first.
