What you will be doing

As part of this awesome management team you’ll be responsible for day to day operations. You’ll be providing excellent customer service to a high value clientele of a world leader in the financial and banking industry. You’ll help guide your team through performance coaching’s and evaluations while focusing on objectives, quality and customer satisfaction. It will be important that you ensure that service expectations are met and that associates are able to establish a professional rapport with each client. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

• May serve as an escalation point for resolving the most difficult customer issues

• Coordinates customer service activities with other internal functions

• May serve as a backup to more senior customer service management in their absence

• Work with various internal and external clients and other departments to resolve outstanding issues

What you bring:

• Prefer banking background or Financial Services or Accounting experience

• Call Center Supervisor Management experience

• Skilful writing and communications skills

• Must be detail oriented and have proven analytical skills

• Must be detail-oriented and customer-driven

Added bonus if you have:

• Banking regulations experience

• Degree in Business or Finance

• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
