To ensure you are happy throughout your time withus you will have regular reviews to discuss and share your experiences. Ourengineering experts will coach & mentor you giving technical & personalfeedback. The work will be challenging and give you the opportunity to deliverresults whilst working in global teams on cross functional projects, addingvalue to our business and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & WHAT EXPERIENCES COULD IHAVE ? *
Apply engineering,physics and mathematical principles, practices & scientific skills toassigned tasks in the development, analysis and release of products andsubsystems through the product life cycle and create engineering solutionswhilst demonstrating a good understanding & application of your knowledgein an engineering discipline.
Assist increating design specifications considering application, cost, weight, performance,product life, manufacture, assembly and service.
Verify designusing analysis and or functional testing, interpreting results, drivingdecisions and assessing risk.
Work with otherengineering disciplines and cross-functional disciplines to resolve productissues.
Evaluate customerneeds and align requirements with identified customer expectations.
Work independentlyusing your own initiative, seeking support of team members when needed
Bean active teammember contributing towards team goals

The UK Power Systems technical centre has developedboth new and current products within the Cummins high horse power range forover 40 years. This includes both natural gas and diesel products ranging from38 to 91litres cubic capacity used in for key markets including rail, defence,marine, construction, mining and power generation applications around theworld.
With a strong ethos of continuous improvement the UKPower Systems technical centre has a broad range of engineering teams and hasdemonstrated a sustained ability to developing students through to graduateprogrammes and beyond.
Eligibility: studying towards a Bachelorand/or Master of Science or equivalent degree in an Engineering or relateddiscipline (including Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) preferably at 2:1level or above.
Experience: relevant work experiencedesired but not essential.
