- Provide predictive and preventive maintenance and technical support.
- Identify and document cost reductions
- Manage staff
- Facilitate equipment modifications with vendors
- Conduct failure analysis and document equipment history
- Identify and properly handle hazardous waste, which may include proper collection, packaging, labeling, segregation, storage, use of waste manifest and shipping according to company procedures and instruction
Requirements

3 to 10 yrs experience in a similar role

Essentials Qualifications:
- B.S. or Graduate level degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in operations/production managing
multiple manufacturing production plants. Ideal will be 3 to 10 yrs experience
-Direct experience working in plant operations which run 24/7, 360
- Proven leadership competence
- Good time management, organizational skills, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral

Educational
Requirements B.S. or Graduate level degree in Chemical Engineering
