Jobing Description
Candidate must communicate well at the executive level, have good technical skills, and be very adaptable. Of course, travel is absolutely required.
This person would need to be based at our home office, in Conway Arkansas, and when not travelling, spend that time in the home office.
Candidate will be trained to present/demonstrate software solutions to various levels of management.
Will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from first contact, through preparing detailed proposals/quotes, and closing and contracts.
This would be a salary plus commission package.
Requirements
* Success selling technology products and is looking for an opportunity in an entrepreneurial, unstructured, small company environment
* Success as a "hunter" and "closer" for enterprise software, MES, performance management, or similar infrastructure software
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to propose complex software products to food sector customers
* Able to leverage relationships in support of sales, referrals, and account growth
* Able to communicate a value proposition as products and solutions expand to align with strategic client initiatives
* Experience in building and managing a pipeline to meet both short and long term sales goals
