Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field required, plus three (3) years of experience in job offered, Systems Analyst, Program Developer, Software Developer, or related IT position. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus six (6) years of experience as described above. Stated experience must include knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and proficiency in business modeling and requirement definition disciplines through UML and use cases. Must be proficient in Java, JEE/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML, Oracle, Hibernate, IBM MQSeries, Websphere Application Server, Tomcat, JBOSS, Eclipse, and Subversion.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on our Default Manager, which provides the features of managing defaults in various types of loans serviced by other applications or any other records systems. Develop GUIs using JSP and Custom Tag libraries based on the Touchpoint framework. Develop various workflows for the application and involved in AdminTool configuration and integrating to latest configuration version of the application. Develop various workflows for the application. Assist on team code reviews and provide feedback for improved efficiency. Assist in documenting technical detail design documents and be involved in coordinating the work of team members both in the United States and at our overseas offices. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, and testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new application or analyzes and modifying logic in new applications or analyzing and modifying logic in existing applications. Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications. Maintain, test, and integrate application components. Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented. Analyze requirements, and translating business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations. Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.
