Job Description

A postdoctoral position is available immediately at the Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering (SCTE) Lab, University of Arkansas (UA). The SCTE Lab focuses on developing new technologies (new biomaterials and scaffolds) for differentiating human pluripotent stem (hES/hiPS) cells into clinically relevant cell lineages such as insulin-secreting beta cells and hematopoietic stem cells.

Requirements

We seek for a recently gradated Ph.D. researcher who has a strong background in hES/hiPS cell lineage-specific differentiation and biomaterials. Due to the collaborative and interdisciplinary nature of research projects involved in the SCTE Lab, strong communication skills and ability to work both independently as well as in a group setting with collaborators and other.
