Requirements

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of a inbound warehouse department. The supervisor will be responsible for safety, quality and productivity of all team members in the department. Daily activities include planning and assigning work tasks, monitoring departmental operational status throughout the day, inventory research and problem solving, team member training in engineered standards, bar code scanning technology and work methods. Administrative functions include reviewing and managing daily warehouse reports, timesheets, incentive records and attendance. Supervisory functions include team building, motivational leadership, interviewing, team member development, coaching and feedback processes.

The regular work week may include either Saturday or Sunday.
