Job Title: Lead A&P Mechanic
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Overview: Perform Maintenance IAW FAA approved technical data. Research FAA technical data to locate applicable data relevant to assigned task. Document maintenance performed on required forms. Responsible for ensuring parts with their jurisdiction are properly handled. Ensuring all required paperwork is satisfactorily completed and signed and complies with all existing regulation and procedures. Ensuring all equipment is properly used and adequate safeguards are in place to protect the customer's aircraft and equipment. Monitoring the work of personnel under his or her responsibility for proper work performance, productivity, quality and personnel safety. Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Education/
Experience: Must have current and active FAA license with a minimum 3 years CRJ or ERJ aircraft experience.
