Essential Functions
The Sales Support Specialist HealthPak of Sales Administration is responsible for supporting regional office staff and producers, introducing the producer/employer to product options and plan designs and conducting training on different business needs.
* Assist producers and Regional Sales staff by running proposals and plan designs
* Direct the ordering of marketing materials (brochures, rate sheets, etc.) and coordinate custom marketing pieces through Compliance.
* Train producers on TWM products and enrollment software
* Instruct brokers on how to access and utilize the TWM website for proposals, illustrations, rate generators and ordering materials
* Consult with brokers on how to do business with TWM (including but not limited to case setup, group submission, contracting)
* Develop competitive analysis worksheets for Regional Sales staff and producers
* Assist Regional Sales staff with recruiting efforts (direct mail, lead follow-up, welcome packets, etc.).
* Primary point of contact for assisting Regional Sales staff and producers with group information (i.e. renewal information, re-enrollment reports, missing information reports, rates, case setup forms)
* Facilitate the Contracting and Licensing process for new agents
* Setup and coordinate CE Courses and product training sessions for Regional Sales staff
* Organize producer Home Office visits and regional meetings for Regional Sales staff
* Place outbound calls to producers to assist Regional Sales staff in generating sales
* Conduct product training for enrollments onsite as necessary

Qualifications
Required skills, characteristics, experience, education and pre-employment testing requirements
* College degree in marketing or related fields or equivalent work experience required
* 1 year minimum insurance experience in enrollments or sales and marketing role required; 2+ years preferred
* Arkansas life & health license highly preferred
* Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
* Knowledge of TWM products preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint required.
* Ability to learn additional software applications, as needed, required
* This position is located in an office clerical environment
* Some travel is required
* High-energy environment requiring self-motivated and outgoing individual with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to diverse situations
