As an Addus Clinical Supervisor working for our branch in Fort Smith, AR, you will:

* Work for a rapidly growing company in the nation s fastest growing industry
* Spend 20 hours in the office performing clinical supervision duties, and 20 hours in the field
* Provide leadership in the assessment of patients and in the development of a plan of care
* Supervise RN's, LPN s, Therapists, and Home Health Aides in care delivery
* Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion
* Assess, plan and deliver high quality care and excellent client service
* Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Job Requirements

* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in Arkansas
* At least three years clinical nursing experience and some supervisory experience
* Home health experience is required
* Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
* Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
* Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
