Electrical Markets Division--Look to 3M's Electrical Markets Division for electrical solutions in construction and maintenance, industrial and utility applications, and innovative products for OEM manufacturers. Primary location will be in Little Rock, Arkansas due to the large customer base located there.

The C&I Sales representative is responsible for selling and specifying 3M Electrical Products and solutions to MRO, project and end user customers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Northern Mississippi and far western Tennessee. This includes calling on end users, contractors, subcontractors, design engineers and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a documented successful sales track record. You must have experience and ability to call at all levels from field installation crews up to the corner office. You must be a self starter with a passion for the electrical markets and the trades people that make it work. You should have superior interpersonal communications skills and be a skilled technical presenter.

The position reports to the Southern Regional Sales Manager who is based in Austin Texas. The ideal candidate will already reside in the territory, preferably in Little Rock AR.

Position is 50% travel

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required
* Minimum three (3) years general sales and/or customer service/merchandising experience in the electrical market is required

Preferred Experience:

* Three (3) or more years of industrial sales experience is preferred
* Experience selling electrical specifications and solutions to engineers, contractors and end users is preferred
* Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidates are preferred
